Emmy Award-winning actress Jane Lynch (Glee) and fan favorite Wilmer Valderrama (“That ’70s Show”) will lend their arresting voices as series regulars to the new animated comedy series MURDER POLICE on FOX. From David A. Goodman (Family Guy) and rising writer/animator Jason Ruiz, the inter-office workplace comedy series follows a dedicated, but inept detective and his colleagues – some perverted, some corrupt, some just plain lazy – in a twisted city precinct.

MURDER POLICE, scheduled to debut during the 2013-2014 season, also features the voices of Will Sasso (“The Three Stooges,” “ Mad TVv”), Chi McBride (“Golden Boy,” “Human Target”), Peter Atencio (“Key and Peele”), Justina Machado (“ Private Practice,” “Six Feet Underr”) and Jason Ruiz.


MURDER POLICE is produced by Bento Box Entertainment (Bob’s Burgers) and 20th Century Fox Television. The series is co-created by David A. Goodman (FAMILY GUY) and Jason Ruiz – one of the writers/animators discovered through the Fox Inkubation program. Goodman serves as executive producer and showrunner. Ruiz is co-executive producer.

Super excited to have them join the cast! They were both at today’s table read, and they were hilarious. I already love this show and it’s not even animated yet.
